Don Peoples is a visual communicator based in Akron, Ohio. He is a graphic designer for the Akron-Summit County Public Library as well as a freelance artist. His work has appeared in numerous publications and exhibitions. Don is also a commissioned public artist.

 

After graduating from the vocational commercial art program at

Central-Hower High School, he went on to earn a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from The University of Akron.

 

Don is Chief Creative Officer & Artist of Peoples Greetings: custom caricature greeting cards and humorous postcards featuring the

“Postcard Pals”—Penguin, Polar Bear, Porcupine, and Peoples himself.
